1. Complete the visa application form
2. Admission Letter.
3. Original invitation.
4. Passport size photo.
5. The 12^th certified original mark sheet with translation.
6. Certified birth certificate or affidavit with translation.
7. A fitness certificate registered with MCI (Medical Council of India) signed by a doctor with translation attached
8. HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Viruses) certificate registered with MCI (Medical Council of India) stamped and signed by the doctor with translation.
9. Medical Insurance
10. A Two-month bank statement of parents or guardians (guardian authorization letter) it is valid for one year.
11. Bank visa fee receipt.
12. Medical health report, HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Viruses) report, 12^th mark form, and birth certificate or affidavit translated by authorized translators of the Ukrainian Embassy.

The Ukrainian Embassy takes about 30 to 45 working days to process the visa. The embassy provides students with a 45 days valid visa, which is usually extended after the student arrives at the Ukrainian Medical University.
